3. Ordering and Payments
  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our affiliated delivery platforms. All orders are subject to availability.
  • Payment Security: We accept payments through UPI services. All transactions are encrypted to ensure security.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 10 minutes of placement. Refunds for cancellations are processed based on our refund policy. Orders already prepared or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
4. Delivery and Takeaway
  • Delivery Time: We strive to deliver orders within the estimated time frame but cannot guarantee delivery times due to potential traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Third-Party Delivery Services: For orders placed through apps such as Zomato and Swiggy, the terms and policies of those services apply.
  • Takeaway Policy: Orders for pickup must be collected within the specified time, and customers may need to show identification for order verification.
5. Catering Services
  • Bookings and Payment: Catering services require advance booking and a deposit. The final payment must be made before or on the day of the event.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event will be eligible for a partial refund, minus any incurred preparation costs.
6. Customer Responsibilities
  • Accurate Information: Customers are required to provide accurate contact and delivery information. Incorrect details may result in delays or order issues.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Please notify us of any known allergies. We will do our best to accommodate but do not guarantee allergen-free meals.
